What We Do

We offer sample making as a service to help bring your designs into a physical, production-ready form. To get started, you’ll need to provide completed patterns, along with all materials and trims, plus a technical flat or tech pack for reference. This ensures we’re working from a clear and accurate vision of your design.
Pre-production samples are a required step before moving into production. They’re created for approval and allow us to confirm construction details, timing, and pricing ahead of a full run. Taking the time to get this stage right helps avoid surprises later and sets your production up for success.

We offer pattern grading through a trusted partner we’ve worked with for over a decade. Starting from your approved base pattern, we develop and apply grade rules across your full size range, along with all necessary cutter’s musts and production specifications. This ensures consistency in fit, balance, and construction throughout each size. The final deliverable is a fully graded, production-ready pattern set provided as both digital files and hard copy patterns, required for hand marking and small-batch production.

We offer small-batch production following an approved pre-production sample, which is required for both pricing and final approval. Clients provide all patterns, materials, and trims, ensuring consistency with their design and sourcing choices. Our minimum order quantity is 10 units per size/style, with a maximum of 300 units per style—ideal for limited runs, testing new designs, or producing in smaller, more controlled quantities.

Our consultations are designed to walk you through every step of bringing your apparel line to life. We cover the full process—from early development to production—so you leave with the information you need to get started, make smart decisions, and build a line that’s set up to succeed. We also highlight common (and often costly) mistakes, so you know what to avoid along the way.
Each one-hour consultation is $195 and is held by phone. The consulting fee will be credited toward your first production run. To make the most of your time, we recommend coming prepared with your questions ahead of your scheduled appointment.
Who We Are
Stitched is a small team of seasoned seamstresses with decades of hands-on experience in apparel manufacturing. Before launching Stitched, our founder built and operated Good Clothing Company, a U.S.-based manufacturer known for domestic production and sustainable practices. After the disruption Covid brought to the apparel industry, Stitched was created with a more focused approach — a smaller, agile manufacturing partner dedicated to sample making, pattern grading, small-batch production, and one-on-one consultations for growing brands.
Everything we produce is made in-house — we never outsource — allowing us to maintain exceptional quality and attention to detail at every stage of the process. We’re proud to partner with emerging and established U.S. brands that value ethical, responsible domestic manufacturing and personalized collaboration from start to finish.
